Saturday starts with a bang, a frenzied whirlwind of errands, parties, activities and traffic. Sunday is slower, a day for walking in nature, making stew or joining friends for lattes and cinnamon swirls, a day for relaxation, reflection and gratitude.
This Sunday, I am grateful for meeting and continuing to get to know Theo’s birthfamily. Theo will never wonder where he came from, why he looks the way he does, or how he wound up in our home. He will never endure the pain of not knowing where he came from or who gave birth to him. For that, I am thankful.

Theo really is a very lucky little boy, indeed.
Oh Harriet, Theo is so lucky to have you and Mark as parents! I am sure all who know Theo are thankful for having you three in their lives. You are a wonderful family. I am grateful that you are sharing your experiences in your blog. It’s so interesting.
